LJSGF01 Freezer is used for short time refrigerating and heating the spreading gun of Sealant spreading machine, while you don’t need to wash and clear the spreading gun. The use of machine can reduce the waste of sealant for clean the gun, reduce the production cost, and greatly increase the work efficiency.

LJSGF01 Freezer is one of the necessary machines for Sealant spreading machine to produce insulating glass. It has the following features: cover small floor area, easy to move, reliability, easy service and so on.

Main features

l Freezing of mixed sealant and adhesives is the most environmental-friendly and most economic method in case of production interruptions, e.g. weekends

l Sealants and adhesives are econormized since ring of hoses becomes unnecessary

l You can do without solutions for cleaning of hoses

l Panel typical freezing parameters: polysulfide at -25ºC some weeks; polyurethane at -28ºC some days; silicon at -40ºC appx. 60 hours

l With this method the vulcanisation of the material mixture is prevented by means of cooling down to low temperatures

l Upon defrosting at temperatures between 20ºC and 50ºC sealants can be processed as normal.
