Application: 

This kind of manual spacer cutting machine is one auxiliary equipment of insulating glass processing machinery. Instead of automatic spacer bending machine, manual cutter cuts out spacers then using connector to assemble the frames to install on the double glazing glass. The manual cutting machine is small and easy to operate.  The cutting saw web is mounted in the middle of the aluminum spacer bar cutter. It is equipped with a fixed dimension device to be capable of moving freely. Put the aluminum spacing bars on the working table of this aluminum spacing bar cutting machine and move the locating piece to the desired length (within 2400 mm). When the cylinder is compressed, the saw can finish the cutting process automatically.
