Manual argon gas filling machine is used to fill argon gas into double glazed glass to keep the good quality of IGU. Argon is an inert gas, its heat transfer is worse than air, so filling the insulated glass can reduce the U value of the insulating glass and increase the heat insulation of the insulating glass. For LOW-E insulating glass, argon also protect the LOW-E film layer.

Gas filling device for manual filling of double and triple glass units. Argon, SF6, krypton and xenon gases all can work. Glass units are filled contingent upon gas amount and time. Filling time is regulated by means of a timer which signals acoustically when filling is finished. This gas filling machine is used for simultaneous filling of four chambers of glass units. Gas value is more than 90%.
