4.It has 6 brushes in washing section,and the diameter of brushes bristles less than 0.1mm

5.The soft brushes can wash flat,temper glass and low-e glass

6.There are a noise reduction device with nylon gear and sponges,it can reduce noise to less than 90 decibels

7.Adopts air heating system,use soft water to wash glass clearly

8.There is a universal joint device,and it can recognize glass thickness automatically

9.Pressing and filling gas section (optional)

10.We use servo motor and timing belt to press insulating glass in the gas filling line

11.We adopt CNC technology  into the pressing board

12.We used an argon detector from Finland,it can set and display the gas value on the screen according to our request
