The insulating glass production line has four sections,consists of transfer section,washing section,inspection,and pressing section.The production line adopts advanced technology to make highly quality and different kinds of insulating glass,such as double glass,triple glass,Low-e glass,shaped glass and stepped glass.
Transfer section
♦ Low-e glass sensor to recognize Low-e glass surface
♦ Conveyor roller
The conveyor roller is transferred actively
Washing section
♦ Material adopts 304 stainless steel ,the thickness plate can up to 8mm,and the service life if much longer.
♦ Six soft brushes,the diameter of bristles less than 0.1mm,never damage glass surface.
♦ Noise reduction device can reduce the noise to 90db
♦ Water heating system make the glass-washing more clearly.
♦ Automatically recognize glass thickness
Inspection section
This part uses LED tubes to check the glass
Pressing and filling gas section
♦ Pressing part uses servo motor and timing belt to press insulating glass
♦ Adjustable back plate keeps the back plate straight all the time
♦ Energy saving section adopts three inductor dividing the pressing part into four parts
