The traditional guide plate is replaced by the guide wheel, and the sliding friction is converted into the rolling friction, so the friction is reduced. Therefore, when the distance between the guide wheels is equal to the width of the aluminum strip, the aluminum strip can still pass smoothly. Because the distance is reduced, the aluminum strip is not easy to deviate, which ensures the bending effect of the aluminum strip, The scrap rate of products is reduced.
