When the production is finished, use this function to close the pressing plate to prevent dust from falling into the contaminated glass, and to avoid the influence of moist air on the flatness of the pressing plate.

When the first piece of glass is adsorbed by the front press plate, use this function to take out the glass, the press plate automatically closes, releases the glass, and transmits it to the press release section.

Note: when using this function, it is necessary to ensure that there is no glass on the conveyor belt of the back pressure plate, otherwise it is easy to crush the glass. When the second piece of glass has entered the flat pressure section, it can be switched to manual mode to reverse the glass.

Application

in this screen, it is mainly used to manually adjust the distance between the front press plate and the transmission beam, and to take out the glass with the manual positive and negative conveyor belt.
