Conductive pins are press-fit to the plastic body within ±0.01 mm, stainless-steel screws are torque-controlled into both core rows in the same cycle, and the metal shell and side plate are snap-assembled without manual intervention. The all-in-one sequence holds micron-level tolerances and delivers lot-to-lot homogeneity.This test monitors conductor temperature under load to determine safe current capacity. As current increases, resistive heating causes temperature rise, reducing ampacity. The evaluation considers conductor size, ambient conditions, and thermal properties to establish safe operating limits and prevent overheating in electrical systems.
