Reflective Insulated Glass is a new pyrolytic multi-layers coating and energy efficient product which is used in tropic area and large scale glass building. It is also called reflective insulating glass / reflective coating window glass / reflective double glazing glass / solar control coated insulated glass and so on. It’s durable, easily be tempered, any radius available as hot curved and it can also be used as single panel. The reflective coating has different performance parameter and has many colors. Performance Features of Reflective Insulated Glass:
1. Large Energy Saving Effect: High-performance insluating glass, due to a special metal film, can reach 0.22-0.49 shielding coefficient, so that the load of indoor air conditioning (cooling) is reduced. The heat transfer coefficient is 1.4-2.8W (m2.K), which is better than ordinary insulating glass. It also plays a great role in reducing indoor heating load. Therefore, the larger the window is opened, the more obvious the energy saving effect.
2. Improve indoor environment: High-performance insulating glass can intercept the considerable energy hit by the sun indoors, thus preventing the discomfort caused by radiant heat and reducing the dazzling caused by the evening sunlight.
3. High transmittance: visible light transmittance near 92%, 6% higher than clear float glass.
4. High Safety: When the glass is damaged by external force, the fragments will be broken into small particles like honeycomb-shaped obtuse angle, which is not easy to cause serious harm to the human body.
