The TENCAN 4L Full-Directional Planetary Ball Mill is an advanced milling machine designed for high-tech material processing, fine grinding, nano powder production, and R&D applications. Featuring a 360° turnover motion, it ensures no dead corners, delivering ultra-fine, uniform powders with high efficiency. This benchtop model is ideal for research labs, universities, and industrial laboratories, supporting four 1500ml mill jars for simultaneous multi-sample processing. It also supports vacuum grinding when equipped with vacuum jars, making it perfect for sensitive materials.
Working Principle
Four grinding positions on a rotating turntable enable planetary + 360° self-rotation, ensuring high-impact grinding.
As the disc rotates, the jars spin at high speed, colliding grinding balls with materials for ultrafine particle reduction.
Dry & wet grinding supported, with output fineness down to 0.1μm (nano-scale).
Eliminates material sticking & sinking, improving grinding uniformity.
