This horizontal wooden creosote treatment plant is specifically designed for treating creosote wooden poles using non-water soluble pharmaceuticals such as creosote oil. The system features an integrated heating system with heat source options including thermal oil furnace or steam boiler. Complete boiler solutions are available for customers without existing boiler infrastructure.

Processing Technology
- Initial Vacuum: Extract air cells to reduce resistance during creosote entry (79.8-90 kPa vacuum)
- Creosote Addition: Add creosote oil in vacuum state until reaching liquid level
- Heating Stage: Heat creosote oil to achieve proper dilution
- Pressure Increase: Raise pressure to 1.0-1.4 MPa and maintain
- Pressure Discharge & Creosote Return: Release pressure and return creosote to storage tank
- Final Vacuum: Extract remaining creosote oil to minimize dripping
- Product Removal: Extract treated wood poles from the chamber
