Treatment Process
- Initial Vacuum: Extract air cells (79.8-90 kPa) to reduce resistance for better creosote penetration
- Creosote Addition: Add creosote oil under vacuum conditions
- Heating Stage: Heat creosote oil to achieve proper viscosity
- Pressure Application: Increase pressure to 1.0-1.4 MPa and maintain
- Pressure Release & Oil Recovery: Return creosote oil to storage tank
- Final Vacuum: Extract residual creosote oil to minimize dripping
- Product Removal: Extract treated wood poles from chamber
