System Overview
This fully automatic creosote treatment plant features integrated heating system and operates at 1.58Mpa design pressure. The system is designed for treating wooden poles with non-water soluble pharmaceuticals including creosote oil.
Heating System Options
The equipment includes a heating system with thermal oil furnace or steam boiler options. Complete boiler systems can be provided if not available at customer facilities.

Treatment Process

- Heating Stage: Heat creosote oil to optimal viscosity for treatment
- Pressure Application: Increase pressure to 1.0-1.4Mpa and maintain for specified duration
- Pressure Release: Release pressure and return creosote oil to storage tank
- Final Vacuum: Extract residual creosote oil to minimize dripping
- Product Removal: Extract treated wooden poles from the chamber
