Treatment Process

Initial Vacuum: Extract air cells (79.8-90 kPa) to reduce resistance for better creosote penetration
Add Creosote: Fill treatment chamber with creosote oil in vacuum state
Heat Stage: Heat creosote oil to dilute for optimal absorption
Increase Pressure: Raise to 1.0-1.4 MPa and maintain pressure
Discharge Pressure & Creosote: Return creosote to storage tank
Final Vacuum: Extract remaining creosote oil to minimize dripping
Remove Wood Poles: Extract treated wood poles from chamber
