Three-Stage Processing Technology
Stage 1: High-Temperature Drying
Elevate temperature to 100°C using high-temperature steam, reducing wood moisture content to near zero. Drying duration depends on initial moisture levels, wood species, and thickness.
Stage 2: Heat Treatment
Conducted in low-oxygen sealed furnace at 200°C. Treatment time varies based on wood characteristics and thickness requirements.
Stage 3: Cooling & Moisture Regulation
Controlled cooling using spray systems followed by moisture mediation treatment. Critical phase to prevent cracking due to temperature differentials.
