Treatment Process
Initial Vacuum: Creates vacuum (-79.8 to -90kPa) for 15-60 minutes to remove air from wood cells, facilitating preservative penetration.
Preservative Filling: Chemical preservatives are introduced while maintaining vacuum conditions.
Pressure Treatment: Pressure increases to 1.0-1.4MPa and maintains until required absorption is achieved.
Pressure Relief & Discharge: Releases pressure and discharges excess preservative (5-15% recoil).
Final Vacuum: Removes excess preservative to minimize dripping.
Atmospheric Recovery: Restores normal pressure for door opening and timber removal.
