Product Description
This industrial autoclave is engineered for rubber product vulcanization, supporting both direct steam heating and hot dry air heating methods. The system can utilize electric power, steam boilers, or conduction oil furnaces as heat sources. It features automatic control of temperature, pressure, and time with safe, reliable performance and user-friendly operation.
Steam Heating System
Steam enters through diffusion tubes at the bottom of the chamber, with 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm diameter holes arranged in specific patterns to ensure uniform steam distribution. This prevents product quality variations due to uneven heating.
Electric Heating System
Electric heating tubes are strategically positioned at the bottom, connected to water channels with 5-15mm sink height. This creates consistent temperature distribution with ±1-2℃ uniformity and pressure accuracy within ±0.01MPa.
