Treatment Process
- Initial Vacuum: Extract air from tank and wood (up to -0.098MPa) for 15-60 minutes
- Chemical Addition: Introduce preservative liquid under vacuum conditions
- Pressurization: Raise pressure to rated level and maintain until absorption complete
- Pressure Discharge: Release pressure and excess liquid after absorption
- Final Vacuum: Extract remaining air to remove excess liquid from wood surface
