Treatment Process
- Initial Vacuum: Remove air from tank and wood (15 min - 1 hour) at -0.098MPa vacuum
- Chemical Addition: Introduce preservative liquids under vacuum conditions
- Pressurization: Increase pressure to rated level (1.0-1.4MPa) and maintain
- Pressure Discharge: Release pressure and excess liquid after absorption
- Final Vacuum: Remove residual liquid from wood surface to prevent dripping
