This professional rubber curing autoclave is engineered for vulcanizing rubber products using direct steam heating or hot dry air heating methods. Working Principle
Electric heating tubes arranged at the tank bottom generate steam that rises uniformly through a 5-15mm water channel. This creates consistent temperature distribution (±1-2℃) and pressure control (±0.01MPa), ensuring uniform product quality throughout the vulcanization process. The automated control system manages heating, heat preservation, and vulcanization cycles, with automatic shutdown and alarm upon completion.
