This 10mm thickness retread vulcanization truck tire autoclave is engineered for professional rubber product vulcanization processes. The equipment supports both direct steam heating and hot dry air heating methods, with multiple heat source options including electric power, steam boilers, or conduction oil furnaces.
Working Principle
Electric heating tubes arranged at the tank bottom generate steam that rises uniformly through a 5-15mm water channel. This ensures consistent temperature distribution (±1-2℃) and pressure control (±0.01MPa), eliminating product quality variations. The automated control system manages heating, heat preservation, and vulcanization cycles, with automatic shutdown and alarm upon completion.
