Working Process
- Initial Vacuum: Remove air from tank and wood using vacuum pump, maintain vacuum for 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on treatment objectives. Vacuum degree reaches 0.098MPa to facilitate agent penetration.
- Agent Liquid Addition: Introduce treatment agents into the tank while maintaining vacuum conditions.
- Pressurization: After filling tank with agent liquid, use pressure pump to gradually increase internal pressure to rated level and maintain until wood absorbs sufficient agent.
- Pressure Discharge: Release internal pressure and discharge unabsorbed agent liquid after sufficient absorption.
- Final Vacuum: Remove remaining air to extract excess agent liquid from wood cells and surface, preventing dripping.
