1 . Descriptions:
This fabric is 2 /2 twill cation fabric . Because of its feature , it has cotton-like handfeel . Also it is two-tone Fabrics . After dying ,it is finished with TPU milkly membrance so that it can be resistant for water and cold .
This fabric can be used in all kinds of winter cloth , bag ,curtain and home decoration .
2 . Specifications:
After finishing, the fabric is cold-proof, waterproof, breathable, anti-tear and friction-resistant and achieves high color fastness. It aspects quite high performance both in waterproof and breathable, so it is the choice to make high quality garment. A very thin membrane is affixed to the back of the fabric and placed on the fabric in an interlayer manner.
The feature of this membrane is that there are 1.4 billion holes per square inch, the size of each hole only one over twenty thousand water droplets, but 700 times larger than the water vapor molecules, so it makes that only water vapor can pass through and not water points. The effect of waterproof can be up to 45000 mm , and the water pressure can be higher of 13500 g/m2/24 HRS. As the result this fabric have excellent waterproof and breathable functions.
3 . What is a cationic two-tone?
Cationic silk uses cationic dye, the cloth surface effect will have two-tone effect .
Cationic is woven by two different kinds of polyester raw materials, as mentioned above, only contains modified polyester fiber .
This modified polyester fiber and ordinary polyester fiber use different dyes to dye, the cationic fabric can be dyed twice, one time polyester, one time cationic . This can have a two-tone effect.
Its characteristic is bright in color .And it can replace a few woven double color fabrics to reduce cost .
