The fabric is double layers dobby cation with trzcot . The content of this fabric is 100%P . And its yarn count is 100+50+50*50+50. So  it has very high strength and wear resistant . After some finishing , it can be made waterproof and UV-proof .

Fabric composition can improve the original functional effects of fabrics, such as waterproof, breathable, moisture, warm, cold and wear-resistant.

Occording to its feature ,we always use this fabric in outdoor garment or eauipment , such as tent and bag.

2 . What's the difference between a composite fabric and a traditional one?

Composite fabric is the addition of a layer of cloth into the fabric. There are usually granulated flannelette, knitted fabric, TC cloth, net cloth, non-woven fabric, etc. Different functions have different composition methods. The traditional fabric is just ordinary weaving, which is just like that. It doesn't need to be processed in the back.

The difference is that different combinations are made for different crafts. For example sofa, want thickness and fastness, also want hand feeling, about to compound the stronger material with better.

•  High absorption rate (high dyeing rate);
• Good fastness to sunlight and fading color of smoke;
• Good dye compatibility when color matching dyeing;
•  Good stability in high-temperature dyeing bath;
•  Less contamination to other fibers, including ordinary polyester fibers;
• The diffusion rate to the inside of the fiber is fast and there is no ring dyeing;
•  Dye stability is high when pH value changes in dyeing bath. Fabrics can be compared with natural fabrics in terms of wearing comfort and bright color, and lower in price than natural silk, which can generate high added value.
