1 . Descriptions:
This fabric is 100% polyester cation fabric. It has two-tone look and it is irregular ripstop style. So it has colorful look and smooth handfeel. The yarn count of this fabric is 150+150*150+150. And we finished it with dying. And it is also water resistant and breathable. If you want any other funtions with it , we can do other finishing process as your requirments.
This fabric is always used in outdoor and sports wear, like skiing or hiking garments.
2 .Our Two-tone Look Fabrics:
Cationic silk uses cationic dye, the cloth surface effect will have two-tone effect . Cationic is woven by two different kinds of polyester raw materials, as mentioned above, only contains modified polyester fiber .
This modified polyester fiber and ordinary polyester fiber use different dyes to dye, the cationic fabric can be dyed twice, one time polyester, one time cationic . This can have a two-tone effect.
Its characteristic is bright in color .And it can replace a few woven double color fabrics to reduce cost .
3 .Characteristics of cationic fabrics:
1. The name is high-tech, but it is also polyester fabric.
2.The only difference is his coloring.
3. Basic or Cation Dyestuff can be dyed at 120~125 degrees, so it can be combined with polyester in a double color (polyester must have a dispersible dye of 130~135 degrees to be colored)(there are exceptions in light colors).
