The fabric is one kind of 2-2 twill  T400 melange outdoor fabric . Its content is 100%P .Its count is 150D+150D*150D+(75D+75D). It is usually used in jacket ,down jacket and many winter clothes . We do just dyeing finishing with it,so this fabric is waterproof and stiffening.

According to your requirments , we can do many processes of finishing to get different functions, just like coated , lamination ,bonding or etc.

3 . About Melange Fabric:

Sydney spinning elastic and light fabric, the surface of the fabric has a clear matte texture, the fabric texture is strong, the hand feels soft, can be used as a film, TPU Yao grain and so on, suitable for autumn and winter ready-to-wear, cotton clothes, down jackets, windbreakers, ski clothes, outdoor Jackets and so on.

The yarn weaving is made of a nylon and a polyester mesh. The advantages of nylon and polyester are extremely high, that is, alkali and acid resistance, which not only increases the smoothness of the fabric. The feel of the fabric also makes the fabric both sturdy and lint-free. According to reports, after the fabric is woven and dyed, the fabric is subjected to post-coating treatment to achieve anti-freeze and cold-resistant effects.
