This fabric is a kind of special two-tone look fabric. It is 3/1 twill ,but it consists of left and right twill, and a structure that breaks the discontinuous diagonal lines at the junction is called a broken twill weave.

This fabric is 100% polyester.The yarn count is 150D*150D. We finish this fabric dyed and coating.So this fabric is waterproof and has shape handfeel. According to your special requirements, we can do many finishing like bonding, cire,lamination and etc.Also this fabric has many choices of color.

Characteristics of broken twill weave: The boundary line between the left and right twill is called the broken boundary. The direction of the twill on both sides of the broken boundary is different. The two adjacent yarns on both sides have opposite latitude and longitude tissue points.

There are two types of this special twill fabric:

• Wrap-breaking twill: The boundary between the broken boundary and the warp yarn is called broken twill.
• Weft-breaking twill: The parallel boundary is called the weft-breaking twill.

1/3 or 3/1 four broken twill have a satin-like appearance effect, also known as four irregular satin patterns (variable satin).

4 . Usages:

The principle of coating fabrics: With the use of solvents (toluene and butanone commonly nowadays ) , we dissolve the coating colloidal particles that we needed into salivate shape , which includes PU adhesive, A/C PVC, PE plastic and etc . And it is also related to the ratio of rubber and viscosity . And then coat on the fabric in a form of scraper evenly . After fixation inside the oven with a high temperature, there will be a uniform layer of covering material make on the surface of fabrics . As a result , the fabrics can achieve the waterproof, windproof, breathable, and other functions!
