• Good down proof effect. With our finishing of ciring, this fabric has good downproof effect. The number of down that come out from this fabric will less than 15 in the test.
• Two-tone look on the surface. Because of the different material, this fabric will show a two-tone look on the surface. So this fabric will be more attractive than the normal Fabrics.

5 .About Ciring:

The ciring process is mainly related to the temperature , the speed and the pressure when ciring. Generally speaking, you need a better ciring effect,it needs the higher temperature, the slower speed and the greater the pressure. But if the temperature exceeds the bearing range of the material . The fabric will be brittle and hard.

And if the ciring temperature is high after dyeing, the color will run off. So the color is difficult to control, especially for polyester fabric. Polyester fabric can withstand higher temperatures than nylon fabric , because the melting point of polyester is 255-260 ° C, nylon fabric is 215 ° C.
