1 . Descriptions:
In winter wear, we want the clothes to be both windproof and comfortable . And you may be tired of wearing the garments making with many normal fabrics. Then this T400 recycled polyester fabric will be your best choice. We produce this fabric with special polyester material T400, so it has stretch. The most of all , this fabric is also 100% recycled from plastic pet from the sea . Its yarn count is 50D*50D. It is about 89 gsm and the width is about 145cm. This fabric has the same function of the regular t400 fabric. We can do bonding or coating finishing as you like,so this fabric is watweproof and windproof.
This fabric has very widely usages. It is suitable to producing the outdoor sports wear, skiing jackets, windbreaker and etc.

3 .About RPET Fabric:
RPET fabrics is a new type of Recycled fabrics, the full name is Recycled PET Fabric (Recycled polyester fabrics), their raw materials is from Recycled plastic bottles after the product checking ,separation ,section , reel off raw silk from cocoons, cooling and RPET yarn, and it is commonly known as coke bottle green cloth.
As a recycled material, so it is eco friendly. But it is now widely used in producing garments and backpacks. Just for this T400 recycled polyester fabric, you can use this in producing casual and sports cloths, like jacket, skiing jacket , sports wear or windbreaker. This recycled pet fabric has clear texture and durable feature. For our dyeing process , it is be finished with waterproof , so it has soft and comfortable handfeel .
For colors , we can do red, blue, black, white, khaki , green or etc , you can choose which colors that you want, and we can produce according to your color number. We have advanced dyeing technology and use environmentally friendly dyes, so we are confident in color fastness.
We can do many different finishing after dyeing on this recycled fabrics.If we do TPU membrane and bonding finish after dyeing, this fabric can be 2 layers or 3 layers fabric. Then this fabric will be suitable in outdoor or sports wear,like soft-shell jacket.
