It can be used for diameter up to 40 mm Cable. We normally used 9 Ton Hydraulic Cable Puller GS90 (SA-QY90)
with 8 Ton Hydraulic Cable Tensioner for two conductors stringing on 220KV , 275 KV, 330KV power line
