Forged Steel 2-piece ball valve is a high performance ball valve. The forging body of the ball valve ensures sufficient rigidity and strength under Class 900 - 1500 working pressure rating, without inherent flaw of cast materials. Standard wall thickness of valve body, and high strength bolts are sufficient to stand the pipe pressure. The internal parts of valve are designed and selected to ensure reliability under all kinds of work conditions.

With forged materials for improved mechanical properties, pressure retention, and quality, forged steel floating ball valves are ideal for medium or high pressure services and wide temperature range, and could replace small size trunnion-mounted ball valves.
