Cast Steel 3-way Ball Valve Stainless Steel L-port T-port Flanged

3-way ball valves are used for switching, converging and diverging flow through various directions as needed. The 3-way valves are normally L port or T port, depending upon the diversion requirements. The combination of different ball orientations and pipeline connections, helps the valves work various diversion functions. These valves are widely used in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, power plants, light industries and automation control systems. Due to the low pressure ratings and small sizes, 3-way ball valves are normally manually operated.

Kolink 3-way ball valves are provided with reliable sealing and smooth flow channels, ensuring accuracy of opening and closing as well as small flow resistance. As per the design of flow channels, multi-port ball valves can be classified into L port 3-way ball valves, T port 3-way ball valves, Y port 3-way ball valves and 4-way ball valves.

Multi-port ball valve types
L Port 3-way Ball Valve

L bore 3-way ball valve is used for switching media flow direction. It could connect 2 bores that are vertical to each other. Different ball orientations are preset for different functions. Users are suggested to offer detailed descriptions of the service requirements in order to make sure correct ball configurations. An ordinary L port 3-way ball valve may not suit a specific service condition.

T Port 3-way Ball Valve

The T bore ball valve could connects 3 bores to each other at the same time, or 2 of the 3 bores to each other to realize various functions. Different ball orientations are preset for different functions. Users are suggested to offer detailed descriptions of the service requirements in order to make sure correct ball configurations. An ordinary T port 3-way ball valve may not suit a specific service condition.

Y port 3-way Ball Valve

This special type of 3-way ball valves are used to switch flow directions of Y Shaped pipelines. The bores of the ball valve are in Y Type. The valve can be switched from service condition 1 to service condition 2.

LL Port 4-way Ball Valve

4-way ball valves are developed from 3-way ball valve design. By providing 4 seats and 4 bores, and LL port balls, the 4-way ball valves are used to switch the flow directions of two channels simultaneously. It can normally switch the position from connection type 1 to connection type 2.
