Top-Entry Ball Valve Adjustable PTFE Seat For on-line Maintenance
Top Entry Ball Valve is specially designed and developed for lower operating torque and easy in-line maintenance to meet the demands of oil and gas pipeline applications.
Top-entry ball valves are in-line field repairable, thus eliminating long down times. The bolted construction allows disassembly on-site for inspection and possible repair. Removal of the bolted cover from the valve body allows access to the ball and seats which can be removed with special maintenance tools.
The standard features for Top Entry Ball Valve include a built-in cavity relief mechanism, Double Block & Bleed, Fire Safe Design, Emergency Sealant Injection and ISO Mounting pad. Extended stem/bonnet for underground service is also a typical option. Kolink Top Entry Ball Valve could be manufactured in a wide range of diameters and pressure classes.
Top Entry Features:
The seats are installed adjustable, and the rear ends of the seat retainers are set in oblique angle to prevent impurities accumulated on the seats from blocking the adjustment of the seats.
