Summarizing our long year’s experience in manufacturing and developing high reliable microwave source and the feedback of customers, after elaborate design and improvement, we successfully manufacture GMG-2020P 2KW programmable control microwave source. It possesses the high reliability, excellent performance, stable working situation, and convenient operation.

This system adopts PLC program control, which has the features of high control accuracy, perfect stability, and easy operation.

This system adopts the separated structure of control cabinet and power head, which is propitious to connect different models of waveguide system.

The user can connect it with corresponding reactors. It can be broadly used in scientific research and manufacture in high technology area, such as MPCVD of various kinds of film (diamond, diamond-like, and so on); microwave ECR system, microwave plasma source, and microwave exquisite ceramics sintering.

Features:

a) Use the magnetron 2M-259 as microwave generator with 2kW output power.

b) transmitting system: can optionally match according to the customer’s requirement, such as circulator, short load, electrical three-pins modulator, and so on.

c) Control system: adopts PLC control, being capable of controlling microwave output power, reacting power and working time.
