LDI series as pearlescent master batch extruder pelletizing line

All kind of materials such PP,POE,EVA,PE,rubber master batch grannulation machine pelletizing machine.

This machine line is applied for all kinds high filling virgin(new) materials granulaiton (PP/PE+85% Caco3,talc) recycling master batch granulation ,and car environmental master batch(without oil) granulation.

The granulating machine is a combination of high speed mix granulating machine and single screw extruder.The film and fiber and other materials are added into directly to the extruder after crushing in high speed.According to different materials ,the low melting temperature of short screw or exhaust extruder can be selected for granulator recovery.

1.  It equipped with double post fast speed hydraulic non -stop screen changer which can effectively filter out the dirty in the plastic melt.
