1. Simple structure, small size, light weight; high volumetric efficiency; small vibration, low noise; low power consumption, long life; simple operation, high degree of automation; reliable operation.
2. High reliability: The scroll machine host parts numbers are only 1/8 of ordinary piston machine ; small turning radius, the line speed is only 2m / s, thus wearing is small, high mechanical efficiency.
3. Low energy consumption: Adopt intake supercharging effect and there is no clearance volume, volumetric efficiency is more than 98% or more; no suction, exhaust valve, intake, so exhaust pressure loss is almost zero.
4. Low noise: no suction, exhaust valve and complex motion mechanism, eliminating valve tapping sound ,and airflow blasting sound , suction and discharge is continuous and stable,the air pulsation is small .
