Oil Free Rotary Screw Air Compressor Introduction
A rotary screw compressor is a type of gas compressor which uses a rotary type positive displacement mechanism. They are commonly used to replace piston compressors where large volumes of high pressure air are needed, either for large industrial applications or to operate high-power air tools such as jackhammers.
The gas compression process of a rotary screw is a continuous sweeping motion, so there is very little pulsation or surging of flow, as occurs with piston compressors.

SEPARATED COOLING SYSTEM
The centrifugal fan is activated automatically by the thermostatic control through the controller. This allows the machine to quickly reach
and precisely maintain the ideal operating temperature.
THERMOSTATIC VALVE
The thermostatic valve regulates the oil temperature, preventing the formation
of condensate inside the oil-separator vessel.
EASE Of ACCESS TO ALL COMPONENTS
All main components can be readily accessed from the large front access door. This allows convenient inspection with fast
and simple maintenance.
COMPACT, SPACE SAVING DESIGN
The compact design is ideal for installation when space is restricted or in situations when the compressor needs to be installed near the production activity.
BELT-DRIVEN TRANSMISSION
The POLY-V belt-drive ensures significantly lower power losses and three times the service life compared to standard range “V” type belts fitted to other compressors on the market.
Belt tensioning is carried out through a slider system.
LOW NOISE LEVEL
The centrifugal fan design along with the careful arrangement of all other components within the machine added to extensive sound insulation results in the LGSD, offering very low operating noise levels.
