ZL138E crawler full-hydraulic rock drilling rig for Open-pit mining
Introduction
ZL138E type hydraulic open-air rig is mainly suitable for open-pit mine production, the construction of hydropower station, take and construction conditions of the excavation, quarry slope treatment etc.
The rig has the following characteristics:
1. The frame can be 360° rotated, greatly improve the working area, don’t need to move frequently,improve the working efficiency.
2. The drill rig is equipped with stable performance DZYG38B full hydraulic rock drill, impact power, high drilling efficiency, low energy consumption.
3. Each main circuit such as shock, rotary drill rig, propulsion, are independent of each other, to ensure the operation of the various functions clear drilling rig.
4. Using the computer data communication, can direct feedback on the display and observes the working state of the drilling rig, hydraulic systems, air compressor system status, etc., through the display can be set and view each work parameters, alarm, parking, failure diagnosis and maintenance of processing is convenient.
5. Low pressure opening function, can guarantee the hole accuracy.
6. Equipped with automatic/manual in brazing equipment, can greatly improve the work efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
7. The operating system uses the joystick control handle, the operation is simple and convenient.
