Features

2. Piston pump ensure you precise measurement,free of calibration life-long. Simple electrical system,easy to maintain. The rolling brush will clean seal ring of nozzle automatically.
3. Adjustable upward speed and dispensing speed of every colorant.Driver software use the same Flink.dat file as CPS/Hero/Lenteq,and Formula.txt file as TECMEC,it’s compatible with worldwide major color software.
The dispensing systme is not only precisely controls the dispensing of ingredients to provide excellent finished paint product repeatability from batch to batch, but also can serve as a complete inventory management system.
The system handles everything from formula storage. Since it dispenses by piston pump, any desired batch size is precisely dispensed as needed. With software modules included for raw material (colorants) and finished product inventory. It is the simple to operate and easy to maintain.

1. How many canisters?
12 , 14 , 16 , 24 caniters for option.
2. Can I use our own color software?
-YIJIU software can read Flink.dat file ( which is the formula file created by CPS / Hero / Lenteq ) and dispense according to the data of Flink.dat file.
- If your color software create other formula file rather than the Flink.dat file, you can send to us for checking if we can make our YIJIU software to read it.
-If you have no color software, you can manage the formula data in YIJIU software directly.
