Brief Introduction

The automatic gyroscopic mixer YJ-2A-02 designed by YIJIU Co., It works on the theory that the table revolve around the shaft meanwhile rotate on their axes with the character of high-efficiency , high-speed .It is suitble to different chemical liquids : paint colorant , coating , ink , glue , etc. Fit for big package and high viscosity chemical liquids mixing .

Features

1. Mixing time setting: 15 second to 9 min 45 second (If special requirement,please tell us which time you want when place the order).
2. Inverter control the clamping force and intelligent identify the paint drum size and weight to give the correct mixing speed.
3. Adjustable Speed: 80r/min to 150r/min. 
4. Safelock on the door, machine stop working when the door is open, make operation more safe.
5. Error alarm when wrong operation.With wheel under the bottom, convinient to move the mixer machine.

2. Can it be used for other liquid except paint?
yes, any liquid chemicals such as : ink , glue , coating , colorants 
 
3. Which types of pails can be used for mixer?
Round or Square both OK, but the upper and bottom should be flat.
 
4.Can it adjust time and speed?
yes!  MixingTime can be set: 15S , 30S ,  45S...9mins 45s
Speed can be set: two levels, low speed for big cans and high speed for small cans.
 
5. Does the adjustable speed say (80 r/min --150 r/min) have the maximum rpm value of 150 rpm? 
---Yes!
for big can(which with the height more than 26cm, the fastest is 100rpm/min.
for small can(which with the height less than 26cm, the fastest is 150rpm/min.
 6. Also, what is the default speed at the time of purchase?
- small can default speed: 130rpm/min
big can default speed: 80rpm/min
 
7. Can I operate the mixer after adjusting its clamp strength?
