Yokohama type pneumatic fender is a bumper with air as the buffer medium. The impact energy is absorbed by the compressed air, allowing the ship to gently berth and protect the ship from turbulence. Rubber fender is widely used in oil tankers, container ships, yachts, offshore platforms, large docks and military ports, etc., suitable for ships berthing in all directions, and has been widely used in various types of ships berthing in ports. There are a variety of sizes D0.5m*L1m - D4.5m*L12m. Tire mesh chain protection can be added, and can be used without tire mesh.

It can be easily deflated, allowing for simple and cost-effective relocation and re-commissioning in other locations. Pneumatic rubber fender has the advantages of high pressure resistance, high energy absorption and low reaction, aging resistance and salt water corrosion resistance. They support oil tankers, container ships, bulwark carriers, yachts, offshore platforms, large docks and military harbours to berth at a maximum Angle of 15 degrees. We have two types of moulded inflatable fenders: inflatable rubber fenders with chain tires are widely used in nets for ship-to-ship transfer operations, and hydropneumatic fenders with counterweight and ballast water are specially designed for submarine berths and can be installed vertically. Chain tire mesh inflatable fender (CTN) according to ISO 17357:2014 is an old tire mesh connected by a horizontal and vertical chain network, adding further protection to the fender body. The chains are galvanized for higher corrosion resistance and are covered with rubber sleeves to prevent the external rubber from wearing out. Each end of the horizontal chain is fastened to a circular shackle. Rubber fenders offer two different internal pressure levels to cover a wide performance range: 50kPa and 80kPa.
