Product Advantage
The outer rubber is made of natural rubber with hard texture, high toughness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and synthetic rubber such as styrene butadiene and butadiene rubber. Adhesive adopts imported high-strength rubber special adhesive, which completely solves the phenomenon of degumming between each layer of the airbag.
Technical Requirement
According to CB/T 3795--1996, marine rubber fender should meet the following requirements.
- Dimensional Deviation:
Diameter & Effective Length Deviation: ±2%
Total Length Deviation: ±4%
- Amount of Elastic Deformation: diameter deformation amount ≤ 5% under 1.2 times working pressure.
- Safety Factor: >4.5
- Air Tightness: depressurization < 5% after 1hour inflation
- Surface Quality: fairing line shape, no crack, no bubble, no double skin, no impurities, no distinct dirt and other apparent defect.
- Anti-explosion design of end part.
