1. Outer Rubber Layer
The Outer rubber layer covered outside the fender is to protect skeleton material and inner glue from external force damage and abrasion. The main character is high strength, anti-abrasion, anti-aging as well as anti-tearing
2. Cord Layer
The reinforce cord layer is composed by synthetic cord, maintaining pressure inside the fender.
3. Inner Rubber Layer
The inner rubber layer is to protect gas leakage, stay on the fender pressure.
4. End Flange
The mental parts at the end of the fender can be installed inflation valve and safety valve.
Qingdao Henger pneumatic rubber fender is divided into Net Type and Sling Type
Net-type fenders are covered with a chain net, wire net or fiber net for fenders. Usually these nets have used-tires together with rubber sleeves for additional protection, except fiber net which has only rubber sleeves. Chain nets last longer against corrosion, while wire nets are light and more easily repaired.
Sling-type fenders have an attachment eye on each end for lifting and installation. Handling of sling type fenders is easy due to their lightweight.
