Operation Guidelines
- Fill suction pipe, bottom valve, and pump body with water before starting
- Reciprocate piston twice before starting; begin with no load
- Test mud sand content frequently (should not exceed 10%)
- Operate each speed separately for at least 30 minutes when using multiple speeds
- Never change speed during operation - stop pump for shifting
- Stop immediately for inspection if abnormal noise, pressure, or temperature occurs
- For long-term storage, drain all fluids and apply anti-rust measures
