Operation Guidelines
- Before starting, fill suction pipe, bottom valve and pump body with water
- Perform two piston reciprocations before starting with no load
- Test mud sand content frequently (should not exceed 10%)
- For multi-speed pumps, operate each speed separately for at least 30 minutes
- Never change speed during operation - stop pump for shifting
- Stop immediately if abnormal noise, pressure changes, or temperature rise occurs
- For long-term storage, clean all components and apply anti-corrosion measures
