Applications
T38 Blast Hole Rock Drill Rods are engineered for drifting, tunneling, long-hole drilling, bench and production drilling industries. Available in round or hexagonal sections with Male/Male (M/M) or Male/Female (M/F) connections. All rods undergo specialized heat treatment with carburization or high frequency processing combined with phosphorization.
These hollow drill steels feature flushing holes for transmitting water or air during drilling operations. Threads are precision-machined for connecting couplings, shanks, and bits. Common thread types include R22, R25, R28, R32, R3212, R38, T38, T45, T51, ST58, T60, with lengths ranging from 600mm to 6400mm.
