This drilling rod adopts the new T-shaped steel strip with pre-stress winding, which has the characteristics

of light weight and high elasticity, and is not easy to bend. It has automatic self-aligning function and stable

operation. The drill rod is connected by a spring pin, which is automatically locked and disassembled more

conveniently and quickly. It can be used with hand-held pneumatic drills or reinforced coal drills. It can be

drilled for 8-30 meters, which is especially suitable for high-density water exploration and discharge gas

drilling in mines.

1. When drilling to a depth of one drill rod and additional drill rods are required, stop advancing first, then stop rotating, and turn off the cooling water;
2. Manipulate the gripper handle to clamp the drill rod and open the micro regulating flow valve (right rotation);
3. The rotator rotates in reverse, and at the same time, the feed cylinder retracts to separate the water braid shaft from the drill rod;
4. Stop rotating and operate the quick advance and retreat handle to the quick retreat position to quickly retract the chuck into place;
5. Connect the drill rod to be connected to the previous one, and the rotator moves forward while rotating. When the trapezoidal taper thread of the water braid shaft comes into contact with the taper thread of the newly connected drill rod, immediately operate the gripper handle, release the gripper, and complete the drill rod connection.
