Two ways to use it

Dynamic – Squeeze the cup, place it on the skin, and release to create suction, slide the cup following the massage lines.

Static – Squeeze the cup, place on the skin and release, leave for 1-2 seconds, and remove the cup. Repeat while constantly moving towards the end of the massage line.

Avoid leaving cups in the same spot as permanent bruising may occur.

How to use
