The PSM-160 16 Spindles Pipe Slotting Machine is a precision CNC milling system designed for oil well liner fabrication. This industrial-grade machine handles pipe diameters from Φ60mm to Φ177.8mm (7") with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
This advanced pipe perforator features 16 or 22 spindles mounted on a normalized steel gearbox supported by an overhead structure. Precision profile rail systems ensure smooth operation, while adjustable-pressure air cylinders counterbalance the gearbox weight, eliminating backlash and minimizing wear on ball-type lead screws.
A unique hydraulic clamping system securely holds and straightens casing without damaging pipes or slots. Special high-speed steel circular saws perform the cutting operations, with continuous coolant application maintaining metallurgical integrity and ensuring maximum pipe strength within specified open area requirements.
