Advanced 22-spindle tube slotting machine for precision pipe perforation with CNC automation and hydraulic clamping system.
This industrial pipe perforator features either 16 or 22 spindles mounted on a steel gearbox that undergoes normalization before machining. The system is supported by an overhead steel structure and guided on precision profile rail systems. Two adjustable-pressure air cylinders counterbalance the gearbox weight, ensuring lead screws remain in compression to eliminate backlash and minimize wear.
The hydraulic clamping system securely holds and straightens casing without damaging pipes or slots. High-speed steel circular saws perform the cutting operations, while continuous coolant application maintains metallurgical integrity and ensures maximum pipe strength within specified open area requirements.
